The minimum loan amount is now $10M for the 100% financing. Any worthwhile project is acceptable, whether it is real estate or business related... this includes International deals as well. If it makes sense, the lender will probably have an interest! They will fund up to 100% of the costs. Lender will ask for Joint Venture participation IF total loan is not secured by real estate.
