MichaelC 160 Report post Posted January 17, 2003 Yes, Michael, you always need a cushion of time to market the property to potential tenant/buyers or assignees. But that time before the Agreement begins isn't "down time" for you. Not at all. The homeowner clearly understands your role in the deal. They also understand because of your position that you have a need and right to access the property. Review Page 1, Paragraph 7.
