NOD or Pre Nod Leads?

Hi Everyone,

 

I am curious if anyone knows a good source that is reasonable for pre Nod or Nod leads? I'm still learning but from what i understand they are 2 different lists.

PRE NOD leads are getting harder to come by because of the legislation that was inacted in October requiring your marketing piece to be approved or some type of offer of credit.

 

The best NOD leads to get are the ones you cultivate. I get my own daily from the court house. That way they are fresh.
