spleano 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2010 The seller didn't come up with the attorney thing until after I mailed the contracts. I have a signed preliminary and I did not mail blank docs. The agreements are complete with the sellers name, property address, etc. I guess they will just use white out or retype my contracts. This is an absentee seller. MichaelC 160 Report post Posted September 30, 2010 Emailing is definitely not the way to go, because it is too easy for someone to copy and print them out. Voila! You just put them in business.If you absolutely must send them ahead, at least with a fax someone will be forced to go through the process of typing the docs out line by line.
