What sounds best on my business card

"Specializing in Lease / Purchase Homes"

 

"Specializing in Rent To Own Homes"

 

 

My website will have "lease to buy" in the name.

 

I am thinking of just putting my name on the card like Michael C. and not putting "lease option specialist" or similar.

 

Like Michael said in my prior post it doesn't matter too much what you put on the card, but I do want it to be clear and to where I don't need to change the cards frequently, at least until I get a couple deals under my belt and get an LLC.

 

Also, do you think it is ok to put for instance "Oklahoma Lease To Buy" on the top of the card even though it isn't a business? It really could be considered an offering and not a business name. And then put the website down at the bottom of the card.

 

OR? Suggestions?

Erik, you're overthinking the process again. I hate to pass the buck, so to speak, but there isn't any one right way or best way. Kick it around, make your best decision, and trust your instincts. You'll do deals regardless of what design you choose. <_<

Ok,

 

Still working on deals and I finally had some time to work something up for a business card. I plan to use the slogan on the front of the card "Specializing In Rent-To-Own Homes" or "Specializing In Rent-To-Own Home Solutions". Any suggestions to which sounds best? I plan on using the back of the card to show seller/buyer benefits.

 

Seller Benefits

 

Get a great price for your home

 

Quality tenant buyers that think like owners, not renters

 

No real estate commission

 

Debt relief (The rent helps cover your mortgage, taxes & insurance)

 

Buyer Benefits

Sale price is locked in

 

Allows time to secure financing and work on your credit

 

Try out the home before you buy it

 

Low up front cash, credited towards the sale if you buy

 

Trying not to overthink, but I thought since the back of the card is available I might as well use it. I tried to come up with a list so when the buyer or seller read the benefits to the other party, it appears a win-win for all and is not one sided.

 

Please let me know what you all think before I print.

Erik, I'm of the mindset that less is more. For starters, go with Specializing In Rent-To-Own Homes, rather than Specializing In Rent-To-Own Home Solutions.

If you want to use the backside of the card to provide some additional info, I think that's a good idea. Under Seller Benefits I would go with Debt Relief and leave it at that. No need to explain the rent helps cover mortgage, insurance, etc.

 

My only concern with this is whether or not this much info could cause an issue. For example, does the t/b read the card and think if the seller is getting a great price am I overpaying?
