Is it better to find an out of state lender so they don't use the address ok anyway to circumvent the deal.Rocky valley pof in minutes?Which one of these are 100 % how could they be one hundred if they are out state and normally they order their own appraisal on it in order to fund 50-65%?How do we know those HML arent phony and ripping us out of our deal. how did you obtain those?To me, The biggest risk as a HML is how much to lend on it.These guys don't care where the deal is they are nationwide?Can they source a local appraiser and establish their own ltv making sure they don't lose even if they get the deal?
