ErikOk 10 Report post Posted November 1, 2012 Has everybody been requiring that Tenant/Buyers get a renter's policy in the Lease Agreement, or have you just advised that they get one? I wonder if you have the legal right to do so.It's just something that came up with a Seller asking about it being required or optional. I have a question in to the attorney, so we'll see.
