ErikOk 10 Report post Posted November 11, 2012 During this time of year, what do you all put as the start date for the CA lease since we are coming up on the holidays? I have a likely CA (seller still needs to review) and with Thanksgiving & Christmas coming up I have been thinking about put the lease start date as 2/1/2013 and just tell the seller that it could start sooner if I get a T/B sooner.
