Counting the assignment fee towards the option consideration

Hi;

 

In a lease/option deal with me as the middleman planning to assign interest to a tenant/buyer, is there any way to legally write my assignment fee so that it counts towards the option consideration also?

Sure. That's exactly what a Cooperative Assignment does.

Thanks again; would that also mean the seller sees the assignment fee you charge the tenant buyer?
