Kent - FL 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2014 The following statement was posted by Brian Gibbons in the BiggerPockets forum: "In Florida, I would recommend you find a broker that can sign off your deals if you do lease option assignments. It is in the FLA Realty Code. If you need an attorney for contracts in Florida, please let me know, I know a great one." MichaelC 160 Report post Posted May 30, 2014 Can you give the specific citation in the law that states a Broker is required to assign a contract? I've been here doing these deals for 15 years and have never used a Broker to sign off on my deal.
