Twinky1432 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 I have a casual 'lunch' meeting this Sunday with the owner of a 'Beachfront Vacation Rental' Business and we will be discussing if I could be of service to his company in the Marketing aspects. I really want to work with this guy because I know it would open up a world of opportunities for me in the real estate business as well as giving me the opp. to share some of my Creative Investing ideas with him later on. I have all kinds of marketing ideas for buying and selling properties but I think Vacation Rentals are much different. Where in the world do you market Vacation Rentals? It sounds as if he is looking for assistance with the marketing side of his business. The vacation rental market is certainly different than straight, residential rental properties. Your target would be the those who are seeking info about vacations, tours, etc. How about advertising with the local Chamber of Commerce, or the Tourism Board in the area? Twinky1432 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 Thank you for your answer Yes, he already has an abundance of Vacation Rental Homes and he is wanting new or better ideas to market to potential tenants, vacationeers...or whatever you want to call them., lol.
