The neat thing is that they have a lot of templates, forms, etc, that are already geared towards real estate investors. The site includes a property listing module at no extra charge that is very easy to use and looks very professional. I feel that it is a great package for newbie investors like me that are on a tight budget. CLICK HERE to get a a FREE trial of the site. I think the trail lasts for 7 or 9 days...and no, they don't automatically charge you at the end. Your trial just expires if you don't activate it.
