MichaelC 160 Report post Posted November 6, 2003 No Purchase and Sale Agreement are necessary at this time. What you need is a Residential Lease Agreement, and a separate Option to Purchase Agreement. Note that you should be using two separate agreements between yourself and the tenant/buyer.
