15 Sub2 Properties in OH and more...

This may be a good investment opportunity for someone with vision and a little cash.

 

I currently have a boat load of sub2s in Dayton. These properties are located in a starter home neighborhood. You can have the deed for $2,000 to $5,500, depending on the property.

 

There are SFRs, doubles and one triple. Some are vacant and some are occupied.

Some have 3-5 months arrears, others are current, most have tax arrears of about $500.00. If anyone is interested in acquiring property for less than 5K, let me know. If you are living a distance away and need a transaction representative, I have an attorney at the ready to meet with the seller, get the quit claim, hand over your funds and take care of the recording for you.

 

If anyone is interested in these investment opportunities, please let me know and I will send you the list which contains rental rate, occupancy status, arrears, etc.

 

A little cash and a property manager gets you a rental or unit to lease option.

If you would like to LO the property, I will be happy to do a CA with you and find a tenant buyer.

 

I also have 3 properties available for cash at 30-50% discount.

 

And I have a tenant buyer living in a property that the seller wants to sell. They really want to own the home, so we are looking for an investor who will buy the home at discount and lease option it to the TB.
