Kymaiden40215 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2006 I am looking to work with an investor in Ky or Southern Ind. that will give me a fair price for my house that was appraised a year ago for $72,000. I am willing to work with a person as far as payback money and such. I need around $57,500 out of the house and everyone is telling me I am nuts. It is a good house as everything was redone around 4 years ago, and I have a good tenant in it that is paying $525.00 a month and wants to stay. Anyone out there that can help me? Kymaiden40215 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2006 Sell to tenant. That was the plan Jonathan but she has developed health problems and decided it would be too much for her at this point. But she would love to stay in the home. That is why we are looking to find a fair investor to buy the home. That way he has a tenant and she has a landlord. Jonathan RexfordFL 8 Report post Posted November 5, 2006 Please don't take this the wrong way but the Rental income VS your asking price is not attractive for an investor.
