Is It Just Me Or What?

I guess things like this happens to all of us at some point (or is it just to me?)

 

- The other day I got a call from an R.E broker, she was telling me she wanted to see the property I was advertising online, she was so eager to see this property and I didn't know why.

Turns out she drove like 2+ hours to come and see this house and to my surprise, all she really wanted was to prove a point to herself...

She confessed to me that she always sees all the houses I advertise online almost every day and she wanted to come and personally make a proposal to me!

She said that she's impressed with all the pictures of the houses I advertise and that I am a PRO at taking pictures of houses... This lady was so impressed with all my pics that she offered me to take pics of all her properties, all afternoon she kept on worshiping my pics and asking me what kind of equipment I use to make my pics look so attractive and mouth-wattering (I use disposable cams :ninja: )

 

Thing is, this is not the first time I get juicy compliments on all the pics I take, no I am not a professional photographer, I do love taking pictures of everything all the time though B)

 

Thought that was funny heheh!

Actually, yes, I do have lots going on, as a matter of fact I'm getting together tonight with the "Bambino" client of mine to go over the new numbers on the houses, his properties appraised $50K few weeks ago so we gotta keep up with the flow, now these hosues starts of at $690K and up B)

In my town the average home is $600K It appears that they have been building this golf course all around this town and from what I hear that's doing something to the price of these homes here :ninja: (population here is only about 75K) is very small..

When your property does hit the market, please provide the following to speed up the process..

 

- Title (For clear of Lien - Mortgage confirmation)

- Arrears information (to prepare the right solution for your particular situation)

- Property damages (which may have been the cause of depreciation thru the yrs)

 

You see Mr. Distressed Property, I have the solution to your problem.

With the deed in the right hands, this property will never suffer again nor will ever feel the need to go on the market ever again as the new owner will be the reason of property appreciation increase by100% MORE as those in your neighborhood. :blush:

 

PS: I have a zero tolerance for Co-signers!!
