If you are a real estate commercial investor who is currently looking to fund your commercial real estate project, you will need an Executive Summary to send out to investor/lender groups. An Executive Summary is created to give just enough information to grab the interest of the recipient, but not so much information that it gets set aside and is never read. In the summary, you try to give the important facts in an easy-to-read, uncomplicated manner. It must be simple and to the point. My summaries are approximately 20 pages long. Most of the content is based on my own research which I do for every project individually so it always stands out in the eyes of the funder/investor. Low-cost and many references!
