ErikOk 10 Report post Posted August 7, 2012 I'm thinking of changing some wording on my postcards, but am having trouble coming up with some wording. For one of the seller benefits I have "Prevent Low-Ball Offers". Any suggestions for replacing Low-Ball? I'm thinking replacing with Below-Market. Thanks
wildwestinvest! 19 Report post Posted August 7, 2012 I'll fire ideas at you:-top dollar-fair price-get your purchase price in ONE, BIG check I like to juxtapose against the idea of selling at a DEEP DISCOUNT. Who wants to tell their momma they had to sell at a deep discount?
MichaelC 160 Report post Posted August 7, 2012 "Prevent Low-Ball Offers" is definitely not going to push any seller buttons. If you told me that I think I would ask how, exactly, will you prevent such offers from occuring?

I would not make unreasonable offers and would also point out to the Seller that CA allows for close to top of the market offers.
