INTERNET COMPS

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

Say does anyone have a good source for purchasing comps and deed information via the internet. As I recall there where a few companies offering a good product but I cant seem to locate.

Looking to purchase a lake house that is 1/3 complete and the owner/ general contractor ran out of money and is getting a divorce,

On another note I would like to take this time to wish everyone a happy holiday and wish everyone a great new year.

Hello, Craig! It's been a time since you've been around. Good to hear from you and I hope all is well up your way. Regarding sites for pulling comps, what about starting with the local county site where the property is located?

As for online sites, there are numerous freebies but they're pretty much worth what you pay for: http://www.realdata.com/ls/online-real-est...-compared.shtml

For a more detailed valuation you can try Data Quick.

What pricing is on Dataquick? I watched their video but didn't see any info on pricing.

They don't publish their prices on their site. I recall they always offered numerous options tied to your needs and preferences. Give 'em a call and they'll give you some options.
