Gordon Holtner 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2006 I am just wondering if there is a market for notes in Canada? there have be situations that I have wanted to give a seller all cash at a discount but wanted to know if I could get a company to buy the note to give the cash, instead of out of pocket.
