Greetings Fellow Investors,

This is Jerry from Orlando, FL. I am a wholesaler of NEW Homes, Condos, Townhouses and etc.. We sell these New Builder properties all over the state of Florida.
The benefit of buying new homes is that there is NO REHAB needed. Granted you may not get a 50% LTV but the equity spreads in these properties is very good.

These homes are sold as ALL CASH or You get the financing and close the deal, or you get hard money to purchase the deal. You can also get CASH back if you wish.

Our inventory changes all the time and the houses do tend to sell quickly. Currently we have some great deals on SFR Homes in Ft. Myers. Next week we will have a block of new Homes in the Orlando area, and at the end of the month we will have some new homes in the St. Augustine area

Please feel free to come on one our monthly buying tours. We call them the "Liquidation Tours". They leave from Orlando and last for 1 - 2 days depending where in the state we go. The next tour will be approx. October 24th and we will be going to St. Augustine, Florida to look at some of the great NEW homes in a golf community.

In addition, we also can offer you (or a contact of yours) larger REO packages of $5 Million and up. These are typically 40% - 50% LTV and need some rehab. Let me know where you want the properties (anywhere in America) and what the criteria is you need. (For example $ 150,000 to $400,000 SFR min 3 bedroom / 2 bath with minor rehab needed)
