How do you market LO to find qualified tenant buyers?

I have my LO property on my website, syndicate to other real estate websites, also doing craigslist.

How else do I market the property?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For starters, a sign on the property is a must, unless that isn't possible for some reason.  Followed by directional signs in the area.  Signs are a very effective tool for generating inquiries.

Yeah, postlets is good for syndicating out to a bunch of sites & definitely a sign in the yard & surrounding area(s). But we got most results from Craigslist ads.

Yes, Postlets is good, (and free!).  SellPoint does the same thing, but they claim to many more websites and they charge a monthly fee.  Worth checking out, though.
