I would like to suggest if you use the sign guy before, it never fails to ask for a discount.......Ask and ye shall receive!!!....especially if you used him before or use him on a regular basis. Simply tell him that you would like to do more business with him, but his price is a little steep.. just a suggestion that way you dont have to search for a new guy.,..,,,. = ) joe

You said small town 88k wow....that is large for me....I am a newbie just like you, but my grandfather invested in RE in a town of 789 total pop...and it worked for him.... SMILE it makes the day better..

What is the difference between the two: lease option land contract

I am interested in getting experience managing properties by opening a PM company in my area in the near future. The only thing that I am not familiar with is =just in case=eviction...can someone please help!!! I have what to charge and how and I am working on getting contractors to work with me for maintence. \ Also, Is there any programs for the PC that will allow me to print out receipts for residents and property owners.
