Hi sugermaple:

My team is located in NY (Saratoga NY) My development group consist of 5 active associates. We purchase properties to develop into a income producing projects. Currently doing one in Rome New York on the Erie Canal which will consist of 3 phases of 30 river front town homes. 2 other projects we are looking to develop. One 120 acres of .5 acres homes by a private golf course in Rome NY and the other is many town homes on the St Lawrence near Canada with marina and dock space.

We are a new development group which looks to cities or towns which we are able to work with us without major obstacles with planning boards. Also seek local and state tax incentives or grants which help the projects.

Upfront funding comes from private investors active and inactive within the group.

If you have any ideas which might fit into are portfolio and benefit the needs of the community please lets talk.
