lhenley 8 Report post Posted February 13, 2013 Hey y'all, I've been away for a while, but hope to be back around on a regular basis. So, what type(s) of marketing is getting the best results for CA Lease Options these days (emailing CraigList ads, mailing postcards, brochures, or yellow letters, cold calling classified ads, etc)? Thanks, Lynn (FL)
ErikOk 10 Report post Posted February 14, 2013 Hey y'all, I've been away for a while, but hope to be back around on a regular basis. So, what type(s) of marketing is getting the best results for CA Lease Options these days (emailing CraigList ads, mailing postcards, brochures, or yellow letters, cold calling classified ads, etc)? Thanks, Lynn (FL)We've been having double sided flyers (one side seller, other side buyer) delivered door-to-door with some success. Not a whole lot in my area on Craigslist (maybe the time of year?). Some cold calling FSBO's from signs, but not much success from that.
MichaelC 160 Report post Posted February 14, 2013 Lynn, you know by now that marketing is a fluid situation. Different marketing in different areas will generate different results. What is successful and effective today may be much less so next month. A multi faceted approach and persistence are required.
<Steve> 82 Report post Posted February 14, 2013 That's true. I like email marketing the best; however, in the winter months my market slows a lot and there are less properties coming on the market. So, I will plant seeds of what I do with direct mail.
lhenley 8 Report post Posted February 14, 2013 Michael, Yep, you're right. Since I've been away for a while, that's why I was wanting to know if there were any "new and improved" marketing strategies. Lynn (FL)
wildwestinvest! 19 Report post Posted February 14, 2013 social media and networks. That's 2013 for ya. I go and post my link to the various classified groups around. Open GL (the picture and text that pop up when you type a link into a message) basically provides a free banner when you type your link into a post. I re-up the ones I care about every 12 hours or so. Facebook has 2 billion (?) users and it's free to post all over the place. People who I don't even know have found me and 'like' my page....
