Well I received the call form a local lady, she wanted to know if I bought house out of the area. Come to find out she had 3 houses that need rehabing in SC. I told her no But I might be able to get in touch with an associate in the area. So, I posted here and there emailed some people in the area. Well, I got a lead for Albuquerque, NM if some one wants it guys willing to do a short sale.

Back to the rehabs: received a email w/ an interested party talked to him and he we will work out a fee. He was excited three houses already negotiated from 24.9k to 15k (he could get even a better price) for all 3 and 6-12 (could get more time) deferred payments. I was excited I will get a little somethin' for my time and effort.
