I need homes in the 1.5 million dollar range and up. I need these homes for aggressive investors. I will be willing to pay you a flat rate of 10,000 dollars per deal that gets closed. I would like to find ones that are going into Foreclosures or canceled and expired listing in the MLS.

Here is what they are looking for:
1. Looking for motivated sellers
2. Homes over 1.5 million dollars
3. Price of home 30% off market value comps
4. good condition
5 up scale affluent areas
