I just want to introduce myself first: I am a (fairly new) commercial real estate and loan agent in the Inland Valley area of Southern-California.

I was hoping somebody could help me with the following:

For a young friend (21) I would like to find a 2 BR (simple) house in San Bernardino, Los Angeles or Riverside county, LEASE OPTION. Soon!
The home he rents has been sold. He has been waiting to invest for a long time. He can pay up to about $900-$950 a month.

Besides that all rentals are ridiculously expensive!

I was told by several residential agents that there is NOTHING available in the area!

I hope that is not true. PLEASE HELP!
