Do we need to divide the forums?

As I move from signing a Lease Purchase to moving the property, I was thinking about where to start a discussion about the TB end of the deal.

Does it makes sense to have the Lease Purchase Acquisitions separate from the disposal end of the deal? Thinking out loud...

I've thought about something similar previously, but I ultimately decided against it. I think too many specific and narrow forums might prove to be confusing. So, we now have a Lease Purchase forum and a General Real Estate forum. It seems to be working well for the time being.
