LOL Yeah, that's funny. Well, if you're in get yourself set up on the other site ASAP. This has been a lot of effort on our part, but everyone has been saying they have never seen support and material like this. And I know it's true because there's some familiar lady and a couple of kids at our house that demand they're mine!

But seriously. This is the most comprehensive information and support we have ever given to anyone and now we have MC joining in! And yes, there are a ton of other gurus, investors and lurkers around the country from NY to CA, from MI to FL that are all watching us and cannot believe we're putting this much effort into it!
So jump on now before we reach our limit! I don't know if this is going to come around again!

Adam and MC you guys have done it again, Great stuff, You will be getting my order in the next few days. Just when I was getting comfortable with the CA's and P/O's you guys manage to put more stuff to learn darn it man back to the paralysis of analysis LOL NOT working on some deals now as we speak so as soon as I get my paper you'll get the order. And thanks for being the learders of selling real infromative materials. Not like a lot of guru's selling Hope.

You have no idea how incredible your investment will be. The fact that MC and I are PERSONALLY negotiating with the sellers is only the tip of the iceberg. These calls are three way calls and are recorded for the group training calls. Everyone hears "us" negotiating the deals. Then on top of that we help with the paperwork too. And you can bet there's some cutting edge stuff in there! My personal favorite part is the one on one training. These are weekly phone calls with you individually and are awesome! We cover your entire weekly plan to get the phone ringing and the techniques work with the worst, most scared individuals you can imagine. It's awesome seeing people who have paid in excess of $50K with other gurus (and never done a deal), get their first one with us in a week!

We have included several "promissory note" methods that allow you to lien property and collect passive income (income you do not work for) over time. And there's so much more. But the greatest thing is the response and community that has been developed because of these systems. Everyone participates and the marketing for sellers and buyers is the best I've ever seen. We even have a program that allows you to use your buyer's cash to purchase property! And to top it off, we have a solid place to get these buyers WITHOUT marketing.

Again, everything is in place and it's wonderful. Can't wait to have you on board!

We've been so damn busy we haven't posted much. The first 30 days are training and everyone is getting the one on one coaching and we go heavily over their market and abilities/desires. The second 30 days are for doing deals. Some of our participants started this last week and have been killing it. The 5 students that we started the challenge with have actually started late after everyone else. (There's no set time of when we start or finish). Two of the people that joined MC and I don't even have their manuals yet! (Wink, wink you know who you are)

If you would like, you may listen in on one of our training calls. These calls are for students and associates only, but it's not going to hurt to allow you or anyone else to see what we're doing.

The challenge itself "is" the opportunity. There's no beginning deadline, it's built around our support for 60 days and then lifetime joint venturing after that if you wish to continue. It's called the Locator Manual (aka The Buyer Builder) and it shows you to create instant cash without marketing for a buyer and having the buyer actually produce the motivated seller lead! I am now offering it to those of you who signed up as well as those of you who are considering it. I truly believe this manual accompanied with MC's lease purchase system and the Cooperative Purchase system are the cutting edge in the current market.
