has anyone ever heard of marco kozlowski's luxury home bootcamp? he's supposed to be able to show you how to make money in luxury homes. i've been investing here in michigan for about 3 years on regular houses and wanted to raise the types of houses i work in and i wanted to know if any of you guys know when and where his next bootcamp is. thanks

If I'm not mistaken, Marco's strategy is to take control of luxury homes via Pure Options. Lock up a below market price, then market like hell to find a willing buyer at retail, or for some amount more than you paid.
I'm summarizing, but it's simple really, and why a boot camp is needed for this, I can't imagine.

Bootcamps = more $ than books. I've been convinced by an old friend that bootcamps are definitely the way to go if you want to make a few million for spending 5 days a year in a big room with a bunch of newbies.

As we all know newbies ask the same questions over and over. So instead of answering them for free on a forum, might as well charge them $5,000 plus airfare plus accommodations plus food.

However, the bootcamp was very insightufl, except you don't get 4 days worth of info. You really only get maybe 1.5 days worth. How? Because he also has guest speakers to fill in between his teachings. They are there to show you also how to make money, but you also have to buy their bootcamps too which will cost you an additional $5,000!

Soooooooooo, basically, you're just bombarded with more mind-boggling, money-making ideas that you lose focus on why you're actually there ---- to learn about Marco's teachings!!!

You will learn some great stuff, but if you really want to learn this business, you have to buy his mentorship program which can run you around $100,00 (depending how deep and far you want to go with him)! Anyway, that's Marco's pitch!

Ya, thank God, Michael doesn't charge these obscene rates for his personal advice here on this board! (Hint, Hint, Michael, have I given you any money-making ideas?)

I don't blame them because I know who they are and I don't blame them. I also won't mention who they are because I respect their anonyminity!
