Hello, everyone. This is my first posting.

I own a mobile home community in Ohio and I plan to start selling and financing mobile homes. I need to find an attorney that can set me up with all the necessary legal docs to fully execute a loan. Someone referred me to John Hyre but he you have to get on a waiting list to do business with him.

Can anyone recommend an attorney in Ohio who can assist me?

Thanks for your help.

I'm not in Ohio, so I can't give you a specific name. What I would do is contact the Ohio Bar. They probably have a referral service, (many states do), where you can call in, tell them the area of law you are wanting counsel in, and they will recommend several attorneys who specialize in that field. Then when you call any of these referrals they will usually give you a free 15 minute consultation. I've seen a few who might charge $25 or so. Either way, it's a cost efficient way to go. Good luck.

PS: waiting list to speak with an attorney?!?! blink.gif I think I need a drink.
