Full Version: What About The Media Blitz?

I resigned from my real estate agency after 7 years. YAY ! I'm rich....lol
anywhoo, What about the current media blitz about anyone that wants to buy your house that isn't a couple that's been married for 5 years or more with 2.5 children, a labrador retriever and securing a conventional mortgage from Bank of Perfect Credit is a predator waiting to steal your house with unfamiliar ideas, contracts and answers that seem to good to be true? ninja.gif Sellers seem to be misinformed and very apprehensive 'round here. Who wants to tell me that, "the kinds of sellers I'm meeting aren't motivated" first? "Because if they were they wouldn't care about what the media is telling them." Is that realistic? Does anyone use anything for credibility to convince people that you're not a predator. Am I ever going to get a deal? O.K. I'm done crying in my coffee.

Yes Mr/Ms Seller, I'm a shark out to eat your first born.

Now...do you want me to give you relief from those payments or not? I don't see anyone else standing in line to help you.

Dino, I gather you are running into many homeowners who are skeptical? Could be any number of reasons why, including the aforementioned unmotivated sellers. What about your presentation? Might there be something you are doing or saying that is making these homeowners suspicious?
Many sellers are misinformed, not only those by you. I often say that one of our key tasks in this business is to inform and educate. Another key is to sell yourself. People need to trust and like who they are doing business with. There needs to be some sort of comfort level before they agree to the deal.
