If I get a home on an Option Contract and the seller is willing to do a CA or a Land Contract. Then I find a Land Contract buyer. Can I have the seller and the end buyer fill in their own Land Contract form and then assign my option over, or do I have to use the Land Contract form and make it and/or assigns. Diver
