What are some good ways to build a relationship with a Realtor besides those silly REIA meetings. I'm trying to get access to expired listings in return offering some sort of barter. Any suggestions? I'm open for any advice.

Dion, I suggest you call a few offices and ask to speak to their newest Agent. He/she is looking for a start and needs to network, just like you're trying to do. And they aren't jaded and set in their ways just yet. We all talk to homeowners every day who, after speaking with them, we realize all they want to do is sell. Offer to provide these homeowner leads in exchange for those expireds you want.

MC,
I got a smaller firm out here at the beaches to jump on board and they're pretty excited about doing so.
Im amazed that they give information about homeowners out like this...we'll see where this takes me....

Dion,

MC gave you some great advice. If you want to build a list of agents, you can offer what MC said and also offer some marketing services for them. I know agents love free marketing, as about 25% of there commission goes to marketing.
