I did something I've never even thought of doing this past weekend

This sweet and nice couple called me about one of the houses I'm marketing and they wanted to see it asap (Sat.)
I told them I could NOT show them the house over the weekend because I didn't have a car (my son took my car for the weekend)

They offered me a ride and they drove almost 2 hrs to come and pick me up and then 30 minutes drive to go see the house and then drive me back home.

But there's more..........

'Nother couple called on Sunday with the same urgency to see the house asap...
Since I liked the idea about getting a ride, I told them the same story about my car but this time I asked them for a ride if they were really interested in the house, so they drove long distance to come and pick me up and go see the house and even bought me lunch and then brought me back home.
OMG, I can really get use to this

That scares the heck out of me. The idea of a stranger coming to pick up my daughter to go look at a home would make me really nervous along with other things. There are too many nut cases out there.

I personally would do it because I have something with me most of the time that is an equalizer. But too many nut cases.

You know, I have a wise guy comment about that, Bev. But the Good MC is overriding the Bad MC right now. I'm hoping Jason comes along and writes it first so he can get in trouble.

You're right, Jonathan. I agree with you.

I am way too over protected of myself.
The first couple were in their 70's (in age) I don't even know how they could still drive lol, and that's why I felt comfortable going with them.. they drove a brand new BMW too which happens to be my favorite automobile in the world

The second couple, took me to eat because their children were hungry so they brought me along with them.
So I felt comfortable with this family too.

I'm sure I won't make a habit of this, but advice well taken, that's for sure!

On the other hand, with all these big dollar CAs you're
doing, why not just buy another car?
