Have you ever heard of them? I'm not exactly sure what their names or title are but they are donors who pay all your biz expences.

I have a friend from last year whom I hang out with and she told me last night that she has biz donors who pay for all her cell phone calls, her car lease, her office lease, her biz trips etc etc... I'm like.. Huh?
She said she's had it for yrs. She's not even a "non profit" biz.. She makes profits form it.
I asked her for info but after she explained how she got it, I'm more confused
She said is not a grant but it is coming from the State who chooses people to match her biz bills with. (called Donors)

Her biz is a "Certified Christian Base Drug Abuse Counselor". She even gets free computers, laptops.
I have no time to google this thing up to see what California has to offer me (if anything) but I'm hoping maybe someone reading this post knows a little about this so called "Donors"
This sounds very interesting and I have so little time to follow up on it with her or online, so any info is always appreciated
