I have a question. I see a home on homevestors.com I would like to bid on. Would I contact homevestors? I am not sure how this works. I am famliar with how it works for a homeowner who has a home for sale. But not when it is listed with we buy houses or some site similiar to that.

If Homevestors is advertising the property, then I assume they are the owner. So, yes, you would contact them directly to get details of the property and make an offer if interested.
