Anybody have an assignment agreement besides the one MC uses. Im using differnt docs and just need one to assign an option and lease agreement to the seller? Thanks a bunch..

Dion, an assignment agreement is as basic as it gets. You have two from me. The CA Assignment, and a standard assignment agreement. Doesn't the latter fit your needs? If not, what are you looking for?

Why would you want to assign the agreement to the seller? Wouldn't you be assigning the agreement that you have with the seller to the tenant/buyer?
