Hi everyone,

I've been looking on Craig's list for fsbo and frbo and all the ads that look like they might have potential all say "it's not OK to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests" . Has anyone else been running into this and do you contact the owners anyway? Can these people complain to Craig's list and make it so i can't post anything on there? What could be the repercussions?

Thanks
Rosanna

Nomally they want to sell anyway So most people are open to listening to what you have to say.

I've never had a single complaint, as Thomas said, they want to sell...and we want to buy!

Rosanna, by default every ad has that disclaimer included. Can the ad writer complain? Sure. And on rare occasion one might. Emphasis on rare. If you receive an email from someone telling you to get lost, delete it and move on.
