I live in San Jose, CA. This week I am closing on a
2/2 single family home in Melbourne, FL.

Normally, I would rent out the place using a local
property manager. Now, that I know PACTrust of Bill
Gatten (www.landtrust.net), I am considering
increasing my cashflow and reducing my management
hassles by equity-sharing with the tenant using the
above system.

The only problem is that I do not live in the area and
thus I cannot show the property etc. Thus, I am
looking for a local person to help me with this for a
fee, incentive and/or percentage of profits.
