The owners of this property were flight attendants who were living in California. This across country property was a problem for them. For me, it was an opportunity. They saw my flyer on an employee lounge bulletin board which my wife had placed there, (she’s a flight attendant, also).

We arranged, you guessed it, another Cooperative Assignment deal. This one took about three weeks, but I found our tenant/buyer who paid $4,500 option consideration. My take was $2,250.
