darballman1 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2007 [There are 6 of us investors who own a 66 unit apt. complex in Houston, TX. We owe 1.3 million and the property is worth over 2.1. We need around 50-60K to finish out the improvements we have completed the past couple of years. We currently have only 6 vacancies and have been a LLC for the past three yrs. we have owned the property.
