Seems the sales person does not want to return her commission by refunding the purchase price. Cds, etc were returned unopened. So I just want to spread the word about his customer service to prevent anyone else from this ordeal. Lord knows we spend a lot of money for education and to have to deal with what I would call unreputable service is unacceptable. Also the BBB rating is an "F"... www.bbb.com enter cashflowexpert.biz. Partner and I decided it was something we did not want at this time..So I cannot critique the system. Just wanted to share their lack of professionalism. He said something about how you can get lines of credit without your personal credit, then when i got the course he was saying to get others to get your lines of credit and keep the credit cards. That was sort of misleading so i asked for a refund and they said ok. i waited and waited and sent another request and never received another reply. Stay away from that scammer.
