Hello There,

Well, where do I start....I started with Sean Terry's wholesaling course and found him to be an amazing guy with great energy. I love his podcast and everything he teaches. However, after one direct mailer after another and six to seven long months I recieved my first deal only for it to have too much repairs for where the loan was at. Not really educated on short sales and the seller agitated on his property not closing, I looked into LO more. I started listening to everything I could get my hands on from Joe McCall, Naked Investor, John Jackson, Claude Diamond....Now, since I don't have really any money for marketing, I do Joes 123 punch with craigslist. Voice Blast, Text, and email all FRBO and FSBO ads. Someday, I hope to be like John with my airplane flying my Beautiful Wife out to Paris, Greece, and wherever else she liked to go. Love the activity on the Forum as well, very helpful.
