And if so who gets the orginal my guest will be the owner of the house, and when I sublease, I will get the orginal is this correct? Are do you have a different way of doing it than this. That only means one original for you and one for the homeowner when working out that end of the deal.Then an original for both you and the tenant/buyer when closing out that end of the deal.
