MichaelC 160 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 verb, I haven't read either one, so I'm not in any position to comment. What type of investing strategy are you interested in pursuing?
Andrew Ikeda 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 I dont know about Charlie France. Bill Bronchick is awesome! I have the "Alternative Financing" manual and about 4-5 of his other manuals. He is very well versed in r.e. law as well as financing. His manual explains l/p, subject to, land trusts, etc. It is one of his better manuals. Personally, I would not recommend his 'lease option' manual if you already have Michaels. Mr. Bronchick has a manual on "starting an LLC" which I have but found that you dont need that either as it is so simple to do online with the Secretary of State in which you reside. Hope this helps. I would recommend the "Alternative Financing" manual. Andrew
