Mark in St. Louis 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2004 Greg, I don't personally know anyone who does L/P's in California. However, my brother-in-law live in the northern region in Sacramento. He recently mentioned to me that Lease Options are currently more in demand than straight sales. So, I guess it shows that they are being done even in California. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. In real estate circles, especially, creative and less than traditional methods are embraced wholeheartedly from what I have seen and been told.
