Craig 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2004 Sunday I am going to to sign up my first CA. with a rehabber. He also has 2 other properties he is interested in doing. I have called and watched this property for weeks. That rent credit is going to work here for sure. And just before I meet with him I am going to look at that 6 plex with 2 retail stores on the first floor. The owner is rehabbing the appartments. 2 of the 6 are already rented and he just rented out the 2 retail stores today. I think I am liking this biz Michael.
