Craig 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2005 I am looking to get funding for a larger new construction home. A seasoned contractor will be doing the building as a partnership or a LLC. After construction we will be selling or doing a Lease to Purchase deal on the home. Question- does anyone have any experience looking for new construction funding to resell or anyone have lender referrals who specialized in this area.
